A good wellness session doesn't have to mean a half day out of the office.
What most teams actually need is simple: an hour to breathe, to slow down, and to feel like themselves again.
I'm Ailbhe, a qualified yoga teacher based in Dublin. I work with companies who want to bring something genuinely useful into their workplace. Not a box-ticking exercise, but something worth showing up for.
Sometimes a one-hour slow flow is all you need. For something more substantial — a wellness afternoon, an end-of-year event, or a mental health awareness initiative — I also offer longer formats, including a guided letter-writing and yoga nidra experience that works particularly well for groups who want to slow down together in a more meaningful way.
"Ailbhe was such a pleasure to deal with. She was so accommodating during the planning and on the day was so warm and professional. The feedback from the group was so positive and we look forward to doing another event soon."

If you're thinking about adding yoga to your wellness programme, I'd love to hear from you.
Hi, I'm Ailbhe
I spent fifteen years in corporate environments, working up to director level, before I qualified as a yoga teacher in 2025. I know what it feels like to be the person who keeps going — and I know what it costs.
The sessions I bring into workplaces are built around that understanding. I'm not there to run a fitness class. I'm there to give your team an hour that actually helps. Something they'll feel the benefit of for the rest of the day.
